Carrie Carmichael has been serving on the church administrative staff since 2001. She currently provides administrative assistance to Pastor Paul. She also works on various other ministry projects, including providing administrative support for Shepherding the nations, the church website, Men's Ministry and the College Group.

Carrie has known Christ as her Savior since 1975. She has been involved in several areas of ministry over the years. In addition to discipling women, Carrie also serves on the College Group staff. She loves spending time with her family, reading, listening to music, doing just about anything outdoors, and raising guide dogs for the blind. Carrie has two grown children, Courtney and Patrick. Courtney is a surgical oncology nurse practitioner. Courtney serves in Children's Ministry at her church in Simi Valley. Patrick is a graduate of The Master's Seminary and is Pastor of Student Ministries at TBBF. He and his wife, Hannah, are expecting their first child in February.
